JHAE
THOMPSON
Over the last 15 years, Jhae Thompson has provided strategic leadership and organizational vision, including leadership roles with Community Youth Advance, Horton’s Kids, Higher Achievement – Baltimore, and District of Columbia Public Schools.
​
Before working in the educational and nonprofit industries, Jhae spent five years working in corporate for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna, Inc as a marketing professional supporting strategic sales and customer communication.
​
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Master of Arts from LaSalle University, and completed the Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate Program at the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.
STAN
DRYEV
Director of Mixed Martial Arts
Stan has been training and competing in Martial Arts for 15+ years. He is proficient in Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Western Boxing, with an undefeated record.
He has worked with children and young adults for over a decade, with a focus on building a culture of trust, confidence and work-ethic.
As a consultant, he initiated and refined the Boxing and Muay Thai programs for Warren Levi Martial Arts.
Stan holds a B.A. in Political Science & Minor in Psychology from CUNY - Queens College.
KALIMA
GILKES
Director of Education
Kalima is a seasoned professional with 16+ years in education and community development. She began her career as a Founding Teacher at Success Academy Charter School, teaching kindergarten to fourth grade before transitioning to a Lab-Site Science Teacher.
She later became an AP/Instructional Coach in the Bronx, where she spearheaded transformative education and DEI initiatives. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising Design, Kalima is dedicated to enhancing staff training and fostering a culture of continuous learning in the Harlem community.
KENNETH
STUKES
Operations Manager
Over the past four years, Kenneth has been deeply involved in the operations of charter schools in Harlem and Brooklyn, focusing on serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Kenneth's commitment to improving educational outcomes is complemented by his previous experience in social services, where he supported families navigating the complexities of adoption and foster care.

Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University.
